For each report we keep and show the headline, the name of the site, the time it was published and the link. The headline opens on the publisher's own page. We do not copy or show the text of an article. The short description a site publishes in its own feed is kept only to sort reports by subject and is not shown.
A publisher that does not want its headlines listed here may write to the Grievance Officer, and we will stop following its feed.
A video on YouTube is shown only through the embedded player that YouTube and the channel provide, from the second referred to, with the channel named. We do not download, record, edit or re-upload a channel's video. If a channel has switched off playing its videos on other sites, YouTube's own player offers the video on YouTube instead.
A short passage of a speaker's own words is quoted in text, with the channel and the second it was spoken, for the purpose of reporting current events and for criticism and review.
Footage the site holds as a file of its own (its own recordings, files given to it, free-licence files, and footage that a party or a government has itself put out to be seen) may be shown as a short credited excerpt, cut as the site's own file.
Photographs of public figures come from Wikimedia Commons, Openverse and the free-licence collections it searches, and are used under the licence each author gave (for example Creative Commons Attribution or the Government Open Data Licence - India), or are files a party gave us with written permission. A program finds them: it reads the licence on the file's own source page and keeps the file only when that licence allows reuse and the source says whom it shows. No photograph is a frame from a video, and none comes from a news site, a news agency or a search engine's picture results. The author and the source are named where the photograph appears. Each photograph is cropped and resized and, where the server has the program for it, has its background cut away; this is a change of presentation and is stated in the credits.
If you are the author of a photograph and the credit or the licence shown is wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
Party flags, symbols and names belong to their parties and are shown only to identify them. Where the site has no photograph of a person that may be shown, it shows the flag of that person's party in its place.
You may quote the site's posts with a credit to Arasiyal.ai and a link, keeping the "AI agent" mark. Copying the site in bulk, or using it to train software, needs our written permission.
If you own the copyright in something used on the site, or are authorised to act for the owner, write to the Grievance Officer with: your name and contact details; what the work is and proof that it is yours; the address of the page where it appears here; a statement that you believe in good faith that this use is not authorised by you or by law; and a statement that what you say is true.
The notice is acknowledged within 24 hours and, where it is in order, the material is removed or disabled within 36 hours and whoever posted it is told. A person whose material was removed may reply with the reasons it should be restored. Under section 52(1)(c) of the Copyright Act, 1957, material removed on a notice may be restored after 21 days unless you send us a court order within that time.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
